My journey to becoming a personal trainer and coach wasn’t perfect; far from it.
The first photo marks the day I shocked myself into action.
I had gained weight, felt constantly fatigued, and lacked confidence.
I hated what I saw in the mirror, and my low self-esteem and mental health struggles made things even harder.
I was battling:
I had two choices: keep feeling worse or make a change.
I decided to take control.
I started by tracking my weight and calories, and training at home four times a week—every week.
Initially, I tried body recomposition based on what I found online, but it didn’t work.
So I moved into a lengthy, mentally challenging cutting phase.
📉 Starting weight: 77.5kg
⚡ Cutting phase weight: 60.5kg
💪 Current weight: 71.8kg (and still lean!)
I dropped 16.5kg in just over 7 months—and looking back, I could have done it faster if I had the knowledge I have now.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and insecure about your body.
I became a PT because I never wanted anyone to feel as bad as I did back then.
My goal is to help others feel strong, confident, and proud of their progress.
Do I still have insecurities? Absolutely.
I’m still working on areas like my chest, arms, and shoulders—and I even suffered a pec tear along the way.
But I’m committed to continuing to grow, both physically and mentally.
If you’re struggling with your fitness journey, keep going.
It’s hard work, but you are worth every bit of effort.
Believe in yourself, trust the process, and if you ever need guidance, I’m here to help. 💪
